For the amount of money they charge for a resident to stay for a month is too much for what they do. When it is time to get something extra they claim we do not have the money. There is a real lot of money being paid to Benchmark per month per facility (more than most people make in a few of years) and they say they are not sure if we have the money. Sounds like someone's pocket is getting full.
