northern lights is unresponsive. It has been three weeks since our event, and still no photographs for our perusal. Several contacts have brought promises of a few days...or a few more days. In this day of digital photography, with even a modicum of modification,the proofs should have been available within a week or 'so'. The entire family is extremely disappointed. And now, there is no computer available for our Mom to view the proofs and make her selections. How sad. Be sure to only pay half the 'fee' up front and hold back the other half until the proofs are delivered.
